Front of the House: A Fresh New Look
One of the first things you’ll notice when approaching the property is the beautiful transformation of the main house’s exterior. We added faux brick to the front, giving it a fresh, modern feel while maintaining a classic charm. The new driveway not only enhances curb appeal but also provides a welcoming entryway for guests.
Additionally, we installed a new electric rolling gate to offer both convenience and added security for the property. The guest house’s garage can be seen from the back, offering easy access to the space while maintaining the property’s overall aesthetic.
The Casita: A Beautiful 1,200 Square Feet of Comfort
At the heart of this project lies the casita, a newly built, elegant, and functional guest house. Measuring 1,200 square feet, the casita includes a spacious bedroom, bathroom, living room, office, kitchen, and even a unique exercise/laundry room. Let’s dive deeper into each space.
A Chef’s Dream Kitchen
The kitchen is a standout feature of the casita, offering both style and functionality. In the picture below, you can see the full kitchen, complete with a tile backsplash that adds a modern flair. To the right of the kitchen is a pantry offering ample storage, and beyond that is a cozy office space. The office wall is finished with tongue and groove wall siding, which provides a warm, rustic touch.

Custom Bedroom with Built-In Cabinets
Moving into the bedroom, you’ll notice the impressive custom cabinetry that maximizes storage and adds a personalized touch to the room. The custom drapery further enhances the space, creating a welcoming and serene environment. A Spa-Like Bathroom Retreat
No guest house would be complete without a luxurious bathroom, and this one certainly delivers. This Picture showcases the stunning jetted pool with multi-color lights, providing a spa-like experience right at home. The custom quartz design of the tub’s backsplash is both eye-catching and sophisticated.
The bathroom features floor-to-ceiling tile in the shower, with tiles extending an impressive 10 feet high, offering a dramatic and elegant look.
The Exterior and Landscaping: Blending with Nature
The front of the casita perfectly complements the overall aesthetic of the property. While the pool was already in place when we started the build, we worked to ensure that the casita and pool area blended seamlessly.
Before the project began, the backyard area was a blank canvas, with the pool and casita still to be constructed. The end result is a beautifully designed space where the landscaping, new lighting, and updated gates create an inviting and functional outdoor area.
