Brenda Southard has been Arlington's designer for more than 30 years, bringing her expertise in kitchen and bath design to every project. A sixth-generation Arizona native, Brenda understands the character and architecture of Arizona homes and has been recognized for her design work in magazines. She works closely with homeowners to create bathrooms that are beautiful, functional, and tailored to their personal style.
Originally from Chicago, Alan Anderson has been building and remodeling homes in Arizona since 1985. With 41 years of construction experience, Alan brings extensive hands-on knowledge to every project and remains personally involved in overseeing the construction process from start to finish.
Together, Brenda's design expertise and Alan's construction experience allow Arlington to approach every bathroom remodel from both sides of the project. From custom vanities and cabinetry to natural stone, tile, showers, tubs, fixtures, and lighting, every detail is thoughtfully considered and expertly executed.
