Owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Alan Anderson and Brenda Southard, Arlington combines decades of construction experience with a deep-rooted connection to Arizona. Brenda is a sixth-generation Arizona native, while Alan moved to Arizona from Chicago and has been building and remodeling homes here since 1985.
Together, they bring construction expertise, design experience, and a personal approach to every project. Brenda's expertise in kitchen and bath design helps clients bring their vision and selections together, while Alan remains hands-on throughout construction, overseeing the work and working closely with his team on the job site.
